If you share a list with others, you can assign tasks on that list to collaborators. Here's what you need to know to do that.
- Select the Shared List
- Click on the title of a task
- Click the person icon
- Select the person to assign it to.

Alternatively, you can click the “i” icon on a task and then “Assign To” or right-click on a task and choose Assign.

Reassign a Task
- Select the Shared List.
- Locate the task that was assigned to a person.
- Click the profile picture or the assignee's initials.
- Choose Reassign, and select a new person to assign the task to.
Remove a Task Assignment
- Select the Shared List.
- Locate the task that was assigned to a person.
- Click the profile picture or the assignee's initials.
- Choose Remove Assignment.
