If you share a list with others, you can assign tasks on that list to collaborators. Here's what you need to know to do that.

  1. Select the Shared List
  2. Click on the title of a task
  3. Click the person icon
  4. Select the person to assign it to.

Alternatively, you can click the “i” icon on a task and then “Assign To” or right-click on a task and choose Assign.

Reassign a Task

  1. Select the Shared List.
  2. Locate the task that was assigned to a person.
  3. Click the profile picture or the assignee's initials.
  4. Choose Reassign, and select a new person to assign the task to.

Remove a Task Assignment

  1. Select the Shared List.
  2. Locate the task that was assigned to a person.
  3. Click the profile picture or the assignee's initials.
  4. Choose Remove Assignment.
