Tasks can be organized in several ways to ensure they are in the order needed. Here are some options you should know about.
By default, tasks will appear in the order in which they are created. New ones will always appear at the bottom. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can reorder tasks by dragging and dropping them into your desired order.
You can use one of the other sort options to change the default sort order for tasks.
Tasks can be moved between lists by dragging and dropping a task onto a list in My Lists.
